TurkeyShoot Check-In Information

All teams are required to check-in on Saturday at Tournament Headquarters outside the trailer between 7:30am and 12:00pm. The director must have all your paper work (roster and copies of birth certificates if needed) by NOON.

Tournament Check-In:

  • You are NOT required to check-in before your first game, but you MUST check-in on Saturday between 7:30am and noon.
  • There is NO check-in Friday or Sunday only SATURDAY
  • Any representative from the team (asst. coach, manager, team parent, etc.) may check-in provided they bring appropriate paperwork
  • The whole team does not need to be at check-in...just the representative/coach.
  • ALL teams must check in including U08, U09 and U10

What Is Needed To Check-In:

  • A copy of your team roster, including guest players if any, signed by your club registrar (MYSC team roster are provided directly to TurkeyShoot by the MYSC registrar)
  • Copies of birth certificates for ALL guest players if they are not included on your official roster (if needed)
  • Medical release forms for all players DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL PARENTS HAVE SIGNED MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS. A child without a medical release form signed by their parent/guardian will not be allowed to play until it is signed.
  • A smile 

If your team fails to check-in, this could result in forfeiture of all games and ineligibility for finals.
