Check-In Information
All teams are required to check-in on Saturday, November 19th at Tournament Headquarters outside the trailer between 8:00am and 1:00pm. The director must have all your paper work (roster and copies of birth certificates if needed) by 1:00pm.

Trailer is located in the south parking lot near field 3
- You are NOT required to check-in before your first game – you MUST check-in on Saturday between 7:30am and noon.
- There is NO check-in Friday or Sunday – only SATURDAY
- Any representative from the team (asst. coach, manager, team parent, etc.) may check-in provided they bring appropriate paperwork
- ALL teams must check in – including U08, U09, U10
To Bring to Check-In:
- A copy of your team roster, including guest players, if any, signed by your club registrar. We need this if you have not submitted a online validated roster or signed paper roster yet, or if you added guest players to your team after you submitted an official roster to us.
- Medical release forms for all players – DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL PARENTS HAVE SIGNED MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS. A child without a medical release form signed by their parent/guardian will not be allowed to play until it is signed.

If your team fails to check-in, this could result in forfeiture of all games and ineligibility for finals.
