TurkeyShoot Tournament 2011 November 18-20
MYSC hosts one of the few tournaments held strictly for recreational soccer players every fall, the Turkeyshoot! Teams from all over the state of Washington participate in this fun, end of season tournament to be held November 18-20.
Tournament Headquarters
Headquarters are at Kasch Park at Kasch Park Rd, Everett. All teams are required to check in between 8:00am and 1pm on Saturday. Any representative from the team may check-in provided they have the appropriate paperwork. Not checking in could result in a forfeit and no points will be awarded. If you are not sure you turned in a signed roster, please have one available at check-in.
*There is NO check-in on Friday.
Parking
Coaches, please ensure your parents and guests park with respect to our neighborhoods. Please try to use school parking lots. Where this is not possible, please don’t block driveways.
Fields
There is absolutely NO smoking, drinking of alcohol, drugs, DOGS, or pets at any tournament facility. People with dogs will be required to leave. Please dispose of trash in appropriate trash receptacles. Please leave the field better than when you arrived.
Game Schedules
Please review your schedule carefully. Be ready to play on time. Referees will adjust playing time in order keep on schedule. Game Schedules are posted on the MYSC website.
Participation Pins
Each player will receive a participation pin. Teams may pick up their pins at Tournament Headquarters when they check in.
Communications
During Turkey Shoot, you may use the following numbers to call headquarters:
We encourage you to bring cell phones to each game to communicate with headquarters. All teams must call headquarters to report their scores within 30 minutes of the end of the game. Game scores can be reported in person.

Scores
Scores will be posted on the MYSC website at www.mysc.org. Do not call headquarters to check scores. Send a parent to headquarters to view scores to determine final game information.
Championship Games for U11 and Up
Last games listed on game schedule are championship games. Winners and finalists should return to headquarters immediately following their championship game to receive their 1st or 2nd place trophies and medals. Please look for team sign in when you arrive for trophies.
Turkey Shoot Book
Please keep your Turkey Shoot book with you during the tournament. Most questions can be answered by reading the book.

Please remind parents that while we don’t anticipate any injuries, having insurance information at the field facilitates treatment.
